I am not really a real estate agent per se, but I have been involved in aspects of the business for over a decade. A friend of mine got me started. He and his father in law started out buying homes which needed work a long time ago, and since I was a plumber they always had side jobs for me. Of course I love side jobs and I got involved in buying houses with them. Now I am thinking about going full time into it, as I make a pretty decent sum from renting homes. I am at http://www.quantumpostcards.com/ right now thinking about how Jud and I can go into a different line. We are already doing some real estate management. It was only logical for us. We are already doing all of that sort of work.
When people need money they will go to great lengths to get it. If they need it fast they may resort to payday loans or other means that will cost them more money in the long run. Some will try unique ways to make some funds like trying to exchange ukash to perfect money but making money with coins will take a little tie to learn. Ideally you should save money. Many feel like this is impossible but it is really only a matter of discipline.
When you have a bill you pay it every month because you know there will be consequences. If you treat your savings like a bill and put a set amount into it each month then you can have some waiting for you when an emergency does arise.
